Australian racer Spike Goddard is the fourth driver to be signed up to FFF Racing Team’s Young Driver Development Programme in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East and Asia.
Richard “Spike” Goddard joins FFF Racing’s Super Trofeo effort in an ongoing bid to forge a career as a professional sportscar racer, having initially ascended the single-seater ranks in his native Australia, the UK and Europe.
The 2017 GT Open Series got under way this weekend in Estoril, Portugal (29-30 April, 2017) which boasted a strong field of 22 cars including 16 strong professional drivers in what looks to have the making of a very competitive championship.

FFF Racing Team can confirm that India’s Parth Ghorpade will compete in the 2017 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East and Asia as the latest entry to its Young Driver Development Programme.
Ghorpade, who bagged five national karting titles in his native India, graduated to cars in the 2011 French F4 Championship, but won the Asian Formula Pilota Series in 2012 to then become the first Indian to test with the Ferrari Driver Academy.

FFF Racing Team will reunite with British racer Matt Bell and Japanese gent Hiroshi Hamaguchi for its attack on the 2016-17 Asian Le Mans Series (AsLMS), which starts at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China later this month (29-30 October).
Bell returns to the FFF Racing ranks for the first time since his one-off Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup outing at Le Mans in June and he will share a Lamborghini Huracan GT3 with Hamaguchi, who has been hugely successful during two seasons with the Roger Dubuis-backed team in both Europe and Asia.
FFF Racing Team is pleased to confirm Mirko Bortolotti and Andre Couto as its drivers for the 2016 FIA GT World Cup at the 63rd Macau Grand Prix (17-20 November).
The Pescara, Italy-based outfit announced its entry to the GT World Cup in August, but can only now confirm that Bortolotti and Couto will drive its Lamborghini Huracan GT3s in the Macau event.
After several years of karting, Bortolotti began his single-seater career in the 2005 Italian Formula Renault Winter Series and Formula Gloria, before finishing runner-up in the 2006 Formula Azzurra Drivers’ Championship.
The 2016-17 Asian Le Mans Series (AsLMS) was revealed as the latest addition to FFF Racing Team’s bi-continental competition programme at an official season launch in Zhuhai, China today (Sunday 18 September).
The AsLMS was resurrected by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) in 2013 as a successor to the now defunct Japan Le Mans Challenge.
FFF Racing had high expectations heading to Circuit Paul Ricard in the south of France for round four of the Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup (26-28 August, 2016) but left disappointed after ongoing mechanical and electrical problems blighted the race weekend.
The team were left on the back foot after a mechanical problem side-lined the #55 McLaren 650S GT3 during the Friday running. Following a virtual all-nighter from the hard-working team, the #55 car was all prepped and ready to roll for qualifying in which Hiroshi Hamaguchi qualified in a fine third position.
